Color rojo cereza brillante cubierto con un fino borde violáceo. Notas intensas de frutas rojas (frambuesa, grosella) con ligeros toques ahumados. Amplio, untuoso, junto a agradables notas vegetales, fácil de beber. Taninos dulces y redondos.
El baltana negre ha ganado premios internacionales: Tanzer Intl. Wine Cellar (EE.UU), Decanter World Wine Awards & Magazine (Reino Unido) y London Wine & Spirits.
